Once you have received your free consultation and purchased a package plan right for you, The next step is preparing for your appointment, it is Recommended that you drink 2 liters of water over the coarse of 48 hrs. leading up to treatment, Avoid eating a heavy meal, alcohol, and caffeine right before treatment, this will help to achieve the results, “ You Crave”. Before appointment, Treatment area should be clean, shaved, and free of any lotion, oils, and any topical products.When arriving to appointment make sure to arrive 5-10 min early for paperwork, before treatment measurements, changing, and preparation. Wear comfy clothing like athletic wear, You can bring a robe, slippers, black two piece/black shorts, and earphones for your preferred comfort. For best results it’s recommended to wear a waist trainer, or bring one with you to your appointment for after treatment.
After Treatment
After you have received your treatment it is recommended to partake in exercise activity such as, Cardio, cardio increases circulation and assist with lymphatic drainage. Another option is Whole Body Vibration, it stimulates muscles and has been proven to reduce fat, utilizing all systems of your body.
